$70,000 - $100,000 per year

We’re a specialized Pennsylvania practice that handles nothing but workers’ compensation and unemployment law, built on real outcomes and meaningful representation. Our founding attorney is certified as a specialist in workers’ compensation law. You’ll work in an environment where you see clients face-to-face, take ownership of cases, and learn directly from experienced litigators.

Job Details
  • Handle workers’ compensation claims and appeals on behalf of injured Pennsylvania workers.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motion practice, written discovery, participate in depositions, analysis of impairment rating evaluations (IREs), mediations and hearings.
  • Communicate directly with clients, arrange meetings (including hospital/remote when required) and keep them updated on case progress.
  • Collaborate with opposing counsel, insurers, expert witnesses, vocational specialists and other stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies for case resolution, including negotiation of lump-sum settlements and representing clients at administrative hearings.
  • Maintain individual caseload, ensure timely filings, track deadlines, manage documentation and assist in business development where relevant.
  • Stay current with Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law, statutes, precedent, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications (ideal)
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
  • 3‐5 years of hands‑on workers’ compensation law experience (claimant‑side preferred).
  • Demonstrated litigation exposure (hearings, depositions, pleadings) rather than purely transactional experience.
  • Strong writing, research, and advocacy chops.
  • Client-service mindset, ability to relate to injured‑worker population, explain complex issues simply.
  • Self-starter attitude comfortable owning files, building relationships, contributing to growth.
