Sr. Operations Manager – Outbound

Saks Global, the largest multi‑brand luxury retailer, is looking for a Sr. Operations Manager to oversee outbound operations at our East Coast Distribution Center in Pittston, PA. This role involves building strong teams, managing operational procedures, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced fulfillment environment.

• Build strong teams while improving procedures, metrics, and processes
• Lead and supervise a team of Operations Managers and Supervisors
• Develop and administer operational procedures for the execution of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Develop and maintain a safe work environment
• Achieve all operational goals and drive strategic planning and forecasting
• Leverage Managers and Supervisors by sourcing ideas and incorporating them into improvement plans
• Mentor, train, and develop Operations Managers for career progression and learning

• Ability to develop and share best practices across shifts and across the network
• Create a positive team dynamic that encourages feedback and drives change within the facility
• Drive continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while expanding capabilities within the fulfillment center
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize perfect order fulfillment and provide operational insights
• Leverage reports and analytics to make recommendations aligned with business strategy and goals
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including aging inventory and consolidation activities
• Coach, hire, and retain a team of Managers and associates within each building

Salary range: $116,000 – $148,000 annually. The position is also eligible for short‑term incentive compensation awards.
