• Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Implement appropriate testing to assess deficiencies of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing performed.
• Deliver business insight through thoughtful review, analysis, and discussion.
• Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billing/collections, and client profitability targets.
• Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.
• Invest in your professional development through firm-wide learning programs.
• Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; master’s or advanced degree desired.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• Four (4) or more years of experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm.
• Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.

• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others; provide exceptional client service and continuous learning.
• Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills.
• Preferred eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
