We are looking for a highly motivated Parts Counter Attendant at Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc.—the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland.

• Answer parts phone calls.
• Assist customers with their parts needs.
• Issue parts to shop mechanics.
• Place orders for Caterpillar and allied parts.
• Utilize parts database; research back‑orders.
• Research customer credit status.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with the product line.
• Customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to learn new systems.
• Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
