* Position Summary:

** At Interstate Window & Door, we're seeking mechanically inclined individuals with assembly/manufacturing experience using hand and power tools to assemble top-tier products that exceed industry standards.

The production schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM. Overtime may be required. The starting pay rate is $15.50/hour for straight time. Overtime is any work over 40 hours per week. We seek associates with a strong work ethic, team spirit, and pride in their work.

Our plant is conveniently located next to Redner's Market off the Pittston By-Pass at 640 Memco Lane, Pittston, PA. Free parking is available. We are accessible via the COLTS/Pittston bus route.

Preferred skills include at least one year of assembly or manufacturing experience, familiarity with hand tools like cordless drills, ability to read a tape measure, eagerness to learn and cross-train, teamwork and independence, attention to quality, and dependable transportation.

Physical requirements:

lift/carry up to 50 lbs, manual dexterity, stand for up to 10 hours, work overtime as needed. Position qualifications: read and use tape measures, operate hand and power tools, basic math skills, and good attendance.
