Job Location: Scranton/Pittston Area, offices located in Dunmore, PA and East Stroudsburg, PA. Visits scheduled within a sensible geographic territory.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (5–7 visits daily). Full‑time & part‑time schedules available. Full‑time CNAs may receive a sign‑on bonus.

• Administers personal care and ADL assistance to patients according to the individual's care plan.
• Reports patient status changes to nursing supervisor on a continuous basis.
• Prepares, maintains, and submits documentation as required in a thorough and timely manner.

• Current Pennsylvania certification as a Certified Nurse Aide
• Must have a current PA driver’s license
• Ability to travel to multiple patient assignments daily
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
