Role Overview: The Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in an outpatient setting, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and procedures.

• Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision, maintain sterile environments, and manage patient communication to facilitate efficient care.

• LPN licensure, ability to provide care across specific age ranges, strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
