What You'll Do:As an LPN
, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering hands‑on, compassionate care, build meaningful relationships and helping residents live with dignity, comfort, and peace of mind.
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Supervise and support CNA and non-licensed staff to ensure safe, effective daily care delivery
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations of resident health status
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Observe, identify, and accurately document changes in resident condition, behaviors, and clinical status
- Ensure full compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Current and active Pennsylvania LPN license
