Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) collaborate as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. As brand ambassadors, RSRs build excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, and provide world‑class customer experiences while actively learning new skills and proficiencies.

• Help customers resume their shopping journey online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Co‑sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Consistently utilize digital tools for interactions and onboarding, and actively demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and new in‑store experiences.
• Seek new information between customers, staying up‑to‑date on wireless and technology innovations.
• Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues, hand off leads, and support team initiatives, creating a seamless customer experience.

• Customer‑focused advocate eager to be authentic and have fun engaging customers.
• Competitive drive and proven success in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and leaders, sharing ideas while solving customer issues.
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
• Minimum six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (preferred).

• Competitive base pay plus commission (starting at $15.50/hr).
