$110,000 plus, depending on experience.

As an Outside Sales Rep, you immerse yourself in the dynamic world of sales, focusing on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You identify target accounts and craft compelling messages that highlight how Johnstone Supply can elevate their business. Conducting insightful discovery calls, you showcase our value while meticulously managing your pipeline. By strengthening client partnerships, you ensure they appreciate our ongoing value.

With a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., this is an opportunity that you don't want to pass up!

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of direct sales experience
• Honest, loyal, and ethical
• Ability to work in a team
• Committed to achieving sales goals
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Ability to maintain a professional, positive, courteous, and friendly
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent negotiation and objection-countering skills
• Knowledge of principles and methods of selling products and services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM software, email, and internet-based research
• Ability to manage coworker and customer interactions with tact and diplomacy
• Ability to travel frequently to customer locations
• A commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality on all corporate matters
• 3+ years of direct sales experience is preferred
• Direct sales experience in the business-to-business HVAC/R or similar industry is a plus
