The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in the daily execution of warehouse operations by ensuring materials move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout the facility. • Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping materials
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and proper documentation
• Prepare outbound shipments with correct labeling, packaging, and carrier documentation
• Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS/ERP system
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation of discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged materials
• Support workflow planning by prioritizing tasks based on inbound deliveries and shipping schedules
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas in alignment with safety and 5S standards
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement related to material flow or layout
• Support operational reporting, documentation, and data entry as needed
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members on standard operating procedures (without supervisory responsibility)

• 2–3 years of hands‑on warehouse or distribution center experience
• CDL license required
• Deliver material/equipment to and from jobsites to assist with the timely completion of jobs
• Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP platforms
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (or willingness to become certified)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by the role
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices and OSHA guidelines
• Dependable, accountable, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Additional duties could include property grounds upkeep and delivery and staging of equipment
