Position DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in the daily execution of warehouse operations by ensuring materials move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout the facility. This position supports the broader operations team by enabling consistent, on‑time delivery of materials and services.

How You’ll Make An Impact- Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping materials
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and proper documentation
- Prepare outbound shipments with correct labeling, packaging, and carrier documentation
- Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS/ERP system
- Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation of discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged materials
- Support workflow planning by prioritizing tasks based on inbound deliveries and shipping schedules
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas in alignment with safety and 5S standards
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement related to material flow or layout
- Support operational reporting, documentation, and data entry as needed
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members on standard operating procedures (without supervisory responsibility)
- 2–3 years of hands‑on warehouse or distribution center experience
- CDL license required
- Deliver material/equipment to and from jobsites to assist with the timely completion of jobs
- Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP platforms
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (or willingness to become certified)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by the role
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and OSHA guidelines
- Dependable, accountable, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Additional duties could include property grounds upkeep and delivery and staging of equipment
