We are seeking an exceptionally productive dentist to join our team to work specifically on Saturdays in a diagnosis-only role
, supporting our pediatric-focused team by conducting comprehensive exams and treatment planning. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys diagnostics, patient interaction, and clinical decision‑making in a pediatric setting—without the physical demands of hands‑on treatment.

• 🧠 Strong diagnostic and treatment‑planning skills
• 🗣️ Clear, compassionate communication with patients, parents, and staff
• 🦷 Comfort evaluating pediatric patients and mixed dentition
• 📋 Detail‑oriented with accurate clinical documentation
• 🤝 Team‑focused mindset and ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams

Pediatric specialty training not required.

• 🔍 Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions
• 📝 Develop and document clear, appropriate treatment plans
• 🗣️ Explain findings and recommendations to parents/guardians in an easy‑to‑understand manner
• 📤 Refer patients to in‑house providers or specialists as needed
• 🤝 Collaborate with pediatric dentists, orthodontists, and support staff
• 📚 Stay current with best practices in pediatric diagnostics and treatment planning

• 🎓 DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• 📄 Active California dental license
• 🩺 Current CPR certification📆 Availability to work Saturdays (frequency to be discussed)
