OverviewAt Papa, companion caregivers (Papa Pals) provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and friendly company.
Compensation & BenefitsPay up to $18.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (location dependent). Work on your own flexible schedule using the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2‑4 hours each.
ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and assistance to older adults and families, help around the house, run errands, provide transportation, and offer friendly company.
Qualifications- Age 21 or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a motor vehicle report
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
- Access to a smartphone
- Access to a vehicle from 2017 or newer (vehicle year)
- No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
- Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring
- Available to work 2 or more hours per week
