Senior HR Business Partner

• Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients, identifying HR solutions and leveraging subject matter experts.
• Lead complex human resources projects and provide guidance on strategic direction to leaders.
• Analyze data and situations requiring evaluation of many factors with broad impact on the organization.
• Perform tactical and administrative HR functions as needed.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience.
• Preferred:
  Strategic HR Business Partner (SR-HRBP) experience, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SC, PHR or SPHR certification.
• Required:
  
  Ability to travel between campus in Irvine and multiple UCI Health locations and provide own means of transportation.

• Compensation range: $119,400 - $189,025 (Annual).
