Position Overview:

As a Superstar Project Manager , you will be the linchpin of our restoration projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of restoration jobs while maintaining exceptional communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and team members. Your leadership will ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Lead Technicians and other team members to ensure adherence to IICRC standards and safety regulations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guiding them through the restoration process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Manage relationships with insurance adjusters, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth claims processing.
• Provide white-glove service by addressing customer concerns promptly and going above and beyond to deliver satisfaction.
• Direct and motivate on-site teams to execute work efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with technicians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Conduct team meetings to review job progress, address challenges, and maintain alignment with project goals.

• Perform regular inspections to ensure all work meets Restorerz’s world‑class standards and IICRC guidelines.
• Identify and resolve potential issues proactively, ensuring no delays or compromises on quality.
• Ensure thorough documentation of project details, including photos, estimates, and work logs.

• Address unforeseen challenges with creative, solution‑oriented strategies.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management within the property restoration, sales & construction industry
• IICRC certifications in water, fire, and mold restoration (preferred). Additional certifications such as ASD or AMRT are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in restoration software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
