Job Overview

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent customer experience, handle sales and operations, and maintain store standards.

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register; process voids, returns, refunds, exchanges.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Recommend items for sale, trade‑ups, and companion items.
• Keep counters, shelves, and displays clean, merchandised, and stocked; enforce first‑in, first‑out rotation.
• Maintain records, inventory, and inventory displays; perform price checks and merchandising duties as directed.
• Implement company asset protection and ensure compliance with state/local laws (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Assist in photo area/customer service operations and web pick‑up responsibilities.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to keep store orderly.
• Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers; complete special assignments as directed.

• Attend training and complete required PPLs as assigned.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• At least six months of retail experience.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluency in English; willingness to work flexible schedule.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour.
