Job Overview
Heavy construction equipment dealer in the Salem OR area seeking experienced heavy equipment diesel mechanics for shop and field service. We are a small family‑owned non‑union company with a big‑company compensation and benefits package! We have locations throughout California Nevada Arizona Utah and Washington. We are growing and very busy so OT is a must.

- Service customer equipment in shop or at customers jobsite
- Capable of completing jobs at or under manufacturers published flat rate repair times
- Ability to plan work and complete route maintenance services without supervision
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

Minimum 3 years experience maintaining/servicing heavy equipment. Equipment dealership background ideal. Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted. Welding experience. Hydraulic & electrical experience. Mid‑level diagnostic ability. Ability to do repairs such as welding R & R of major components such as axles engines and transmissions. Engine certifications a plus. Ability to understand instructions written and verbal. Possess a clean and valid Class B drivers license recent K4 printout required.
Must be detail oriented. Ability to multi‑task. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

Work DetailsJob Type: Full‑time. Salary: $35.00–$50.00 per hour.
Schedule:
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, weekend availability. License:
Motor Vehicle Inspection License (Preferred), CDL Class B (Preferred). Work Authorization:
United States (Required).
