Responsibilities include operating heavy commercial vehicles safely, providing flexible route coverage, verifying loads, completing regulatory paperwork, and ensuring biosecurity and animal welfare standards. The role involves driving various vehicle types, including overnight travel and extended routes, with an emphasis on safety, compliance, and customer service.
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A license, 5+ years of driving experience preferred, clean driving record, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and familiarity with DOT regulations and routing systems.

Transportation of research materials and animals, biosecurity procedures, compliance with DOT and animal welfare standards, involvement in research logistics.
Work Setup:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, rotating shifts including overnights, with potential for travel across the country for up to three weeks at a time.
