We’re looking for a sterile technician who treats infection control as the backbone of the practice. You’ll run the autoclaves, prepare instrument trays, keep the logs, and make sure every operatory turns over clean and ready. This is a role for someone who likes consistent process and follow-through.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Operate autoclaves and sterilization equipment correctly
- Maintain sterilization logs and documentation
- Prepare instrument trays for procedures
- Monitor sterilization supply inventory
- Follow OSHA and infection control standards
- Dispose of hazardous waste per regulations
- Keep the sterilization area clean and organized
- Help with operatory turnover as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of infection control standards
- Ability to follow detailed procedures consistently
- Strong organization
- Previous sterilization or dental experience
- Familiarity with dental instruments and equipment
- Comfort working independently
- Dependability and a team mindset
