- Outpatient practice only at Sierra Primary Medicine Clinic
- 4 days a week, plus plenty of time off for vacation and CME
- Up to $200,000 in recruitment incentives
- Malpractice coverage
- Minimal telephone call coverage
- Manage a patient panel with an anticipated 18 patients per day
- Optional office-based procedures (not required)
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation
- Diagnostic Imaging, Lab, and Specialists within 10 minutes
- Flexibility in work schedule to support work-life balance

- Excellent clinical support staff
- Strong PPO population
- Provider comprehensive care in a small community, ensuring a diverse patient experience
- Collaborate effectively with APPs and other healthcare professionals
- Graduate from an accredited medical school
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- MD or DO
- Must be able to obtain a CA medical license
- 2 years practice experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfort with supervision and managing diverse patient populations
