• Handle floor repair and preventative maintenance of all slot machines, including cleaning and overhauls.
• Perform repair, overhaul, and preventative maintenance of all electrical and mechanical slot machines in accordance with gaming regulations.
• Set up and check out new slot machines.
• Assist the Gaming Technician Supervisor with breakdown, relocation, and re‑setup of relocated machines and stands.
• Verify jackpots and fills on floor, including manual mode when the system is down.
• Ensure machine integrity during jackpots and per Operations management requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws and regulations, as well as property internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Bring disputes and unusual guest activities to the shift manager.
• Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Electronics degree preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds frequently.
• Minimum age 21 years.
