Travel Physical Therapist Assistant
Location: Placerville, CA 95667
Setting: SNF
Assignment: 13 weeks | Start: ASAP
Schedule: 36 hrs guaranteed
Weekly Pay: $1,753–$1,948/week
We are seeking a Travel PTA to join a collaborative SNF rehabilitation team. You will provide high-quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab team
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Active PTA license
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- SNF experience preferred
- Current BLS (if required)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
