Hope, a youth‑driven nonprofit focused on education and community engagement, seeks an energetic Donor Relations Coordinator to partner with the Executive Director in advancing fundraising and stakeholder engagement.
The coordinator will develop and execute donor communication plans, coordinate events, manage the donor database, and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and volunteers to meet the organization’s fundraising goals.
Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of fundraising and communication plans.
- Coordinate planning and execution of fundraising and donor appreciation events.
- Assist with management of the donor database and donor stewardship activities.
- Coordinate print, digital, and social media content to engage and retain donors.
- Collaborate with the External Affairs Committee and subcommittees to cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, board members, volunteers, and youth participants.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or related nonprofit work.
- Experience in project management and grant writing preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit administration, development, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location:
Rocklin, CA (hybrid – in‑office 2x/week)
Salary: $21 – $24 per hour
Hours:
20–25 hours per week, 12 months per year
