Supportive & Collaborative Team Environment
What You'll Be Doing- Provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and compassion
- Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care during PM shifts
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Complete required charting and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
- Respond quickly and effectively to resident needs and emergencies
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and wellbeing
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Whether assisting with evening routines, medication passes, family communication, or clinical support, you play an essential role in creating a positive and caring experience for our residents every shift.

- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Flexible scheduling available
- Active California LVN license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
