• Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology

• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic internet navigation skills

• Valid state license for Speech‑Language Pathologist (where applicable)

Provide Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP) therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients, in accordance with the principles and practices of Speech‑Language Pathology and Reliant guidelines. Deliver screening, evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management. Represent Reliant’s commitment to quality and service.

• Optimize communication, cognitive‑linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients by directing and overseeing speech therapy.
• Build a robust SLP therapy program.
• Enhance clinical expertise and management skills through interactions with managers, therapists, other staff, self‑study, and continuing education.
• Maintain valid state license and stay informed of profession‑related issues and healthcare environment.
• Understand billing and treatment guidelines and provide quality care with reasonable goals and outcomes.
• Comply with infection control procedures and facility safety protocols.
• Read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, reports.
