* Key Responsibilities:

* • Maintain technician productivity and efficiency levels of 85% or higher.  
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule workload throughout the shop.  
• Manage equipment downtime, minimize outsourced repairs, and collaborate with Operations to ensure equipment availability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* • Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and motivate technicians in a fast-paced shop environment.  
• Safety or mechanical certifications such as OSHA, TIA, or OE are preferred but not required.  
• Must have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Skills & Experience:

*
* • Minimum of 2 years of trailer mechanic experience.  
• Prior experience in a lead or foreman role within a shop environment.

* Hours:

** Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm### Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
