Experienced Sewer & Water Hook-Up Construction Laborers - (Plainfield, IL & Joliet, IL Areas)

Civil Construction Services (CCS), based in Plainfield, IL, is seeking two experienced, non-union Sewer and Water Laborers or Plumbers to join our hardworking team. We specialize in residential sewer and water hook-ups for both single-family and multi-family homes, partnering with one of the region’s most reputable builders.
Responsibilities- Assist with sewer and water hook-ups for new residential construction sites.
- Work efficiently on-site in the Plainfield / Joliet area.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Support the crew with material handling, trenching, and clean-up.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment at all times.
- Experience in sewer & water connections or experience in the plumbing industry
- Valid Illinois Driver’s License required.
- CDL preferred but not required (helpful for material pickup using company vehicles).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mentality.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor.
