CB&I Storage Solutions Graduate Training Program (Welding Eng) is a two-year rotational program designed to provide employees with experience in engineering, operations, estimating, project controls and other disciplines to help them develop broad knowledge, skills and abilities. The program identifies and develops technical experts and business leaders who shape our company.
The two-year rotational program is designed to provide employees experience in engineering, operations, estimating, project controls and other disciplines to help them develop broad knowledge, skills and abilities. Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership characteristics and perspectives that contribute to a diverse, growing organization.
Responsibilities- This position will require travel and working for extended periods of time in the field and regularly within a construction or office setting. Field conditions may include outdoor work in extreme heat, cold, precipitation, dust, dirt, loud noise, and occasionally from height. Office conditions will include standard office settings with office noise. The role will require walking, standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, crouching, sitting, reaching, typing, observing, listening, and speaking.
- BS or MS in Welding Engineering (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical) or Construction Management is required
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Ability to work in the United States and travel
- Motivated and proactive self-starter
- Adaptability and agility to learn and contribute in varying and complex environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Drive to achieve results and develops business and technical acumen
- Preferred qualifications:
work history or internship experience in construction, engineering, designing, and/or constructing Plate Structures and/or Pressure Vessels - Willing to relocate to an available permanent position after successful completion of the rotational program

Pay Range: USD $66, Annually
