Part-Time or Full-Time Contractor (Flexible Schedule)

At Silver Rising Therapy, we’re dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults 18+. Our practice blends professionalism with approachability — offering both in-person sessions at our Plainfield office and telehealth options for clients across Illinois and Ohio
.

We’re also expanding our presence to serve a local senior living community within 2 miles of our office
, providing on-site therapy to residents who benefit from accessible, personalized emotional health care.

We’re looking for a warm, motivated, and client-centered clinician to join our growing team. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Provide individual therapy through telehealth and/or in-office visits.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with adult clients.
• Optionally facilitate on-site therapy for residents of a nearby senior living community (within 2 miles of our office).
• Collaborate with a supportive administrative team who handles billing, scheduling, and credentialing — so you can focus on care, not paperwork.

• Hybrid Work: Option to mix telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Administrative Support: We manage referrals, insurance, and billing.

• Licensed LCSW
  , LCPC
  , or Clinical Psychologist in the State of Illinois
• Passionate about client-centered, goal-oriented therapy
• Open to working with adult clients, including older adults
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Competitive pay based on experience and licensure (W2 or 1099 depending on fit).
