We are seeking a dedicated Activity Aide to bring the daily living experience to new levels for our residents. One of the most important parts of their day is interacting with others through engaging activities with staff and fellow residents. Activity Aide Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years of experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting (preferred).

As an Activity Aide, you will:

• Facilitate ongoing group and individual activity programs based on residents’ needs, interests, and abilities, as identified in assessments and care plans.
• Complete required record‑keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.
• Assist in creating the activity calendar and coordinating events.
• Follow and maintain established policies and procedures.
• Encourage resident participation in Resident Council and schedule monthly meetings.
