As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. Your role involves collaborating with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. You will also ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations while fostering a positive work culture and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide guidance and support on various HR matters.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and promote continuous improvement.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with changing legal requirements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to, labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, and employee benefits enrollment.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits information.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management and incorporate them into the organization’s HR strategies and practices.
- Has experience with working with 50-100 employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
