HR Assistant - Honeysuckle Group

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Handle staff queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training programs and performance management activities.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
