Tva Logistics Inc is a leading player in the trucking industry, dedicated to providing exceptional logistics solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic In-House Recruiter to help us find talented CDL A drivers who share our commitment to excellence.

As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring qualified CDL A drivers. Your primary focus will be on building relationships and effectively communicating our company’s values and benefits to potential candidates. You will collaborate with our operations team to ensure we meet our staffing needs while maintaining our high standards of service.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for CDL A driver positions.
• Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications.
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates through effective communication.
• Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) is essential.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sociable and approachable personality, able to connect with diverse individuals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the trucking industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is preferred but not required.
