A company in the automobile industry is seeking to hire an experienced General Manager
.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be an advantage.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in the automotive service or service industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

• Leadership and Strategic Vision:
  Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear goals and direction, align team efforts with business goals, and manage, motivate, develop, utilize, and engage cross-functional teams.
• Experience in building systems, guidelines, and structures:
  Ability to design, implement, and monitor systems, structures, and guidelines to drive performance.
• Operational Expertise:
  Skilled in managing daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and designing and streamlining workflows to maximize productivity.
• Customer-Centric Mindset:
  Experienced in customer service and able to drive a customer-focused culture. Works closely with the Customer Service Advisory Manager to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Departmental Managers:
  Oversee and coordinate the efforts of each departmental manager (Workshop Floor, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR & Admin, Spare Parts).
• Set and Monitor Targets:
  Establish performance targets across departments, regularly track performance, and adjust strategies to ensure achievement.
• Build Customer Relationships:
  Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and addressing any escalated issues to improve customer experience.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and present operational and financial reports to the executive team or board.
