Zaxby’s is hiring a General Manager for its Leavenworth, KS location. The GM oversees store operations, leads a team of 2–5 managers and 15–50 staff, drives sales, profit, guest experience and food safety, and reports to the District Manager.
The role requires minimum 50 hours weekly, plus opening/closing shifts, and open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive base pay with monthly bonus supports performance.
