As a CNC Lathe Machinist, You Will

• Set up and operate CNC lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
• Program/edit CNC machines as needed (Smart Cam, Gibbs Cam, etc.)
• Select appropriate tools, inserts, and fixtures
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area
• Follow all safety and quality protocols

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 5 years of machining experience or equivalent training
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and precision tools
• CNC programming experience preferred
• Strong math and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and in a team
