The Snow Crew Member will provide professional snow removal services for our clients. This position is responsible for performing ongoing snow removal tasks during all hours of the day and night in all outdoor weather conditions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

• Snow removal for designated areas.
• Operate heavy equipment to remove snow and treat icy conditions for clients.
• Safely and appropriately distribute de‑icing solutions.
• Perform highly physical and demanding work on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, and snowy weather.
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment: shovel, snow scrapers, snow blowers, salt spreaders.
• Proper application method of chemical application.
• Part‑time/on‑call for weather events 24/7.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, live, grasp, carry, push, and pull during a regular workday shift.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds plus.
• Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions: hot, cold, freezing, rain, snow, wet weather conditions and have proper attire.
• Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”) plus.
