Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage; additional compensation may include performance premiums).

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service programs in the retail showroom (e.g., Related Sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak business hours.
• Help set team goals, provide feedback, coach/mentor team members, and track training completion.
• Assist in the hiring process: complete recruiting tasks, schedule and conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and collaborate with management on selection.
• Answer the telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy‑online/ship‑to‑store, hub‑to‑store, and DC add orders, notifying customers of shipment arrivals.
• Use electronic purchase order ledger to manage special and outside orders efficiently.
• Handle return and exchange processing, issue refunds accurately with appropriate payment methods, and stage returned merchandise.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages, delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, posted schedules, approvals for deviations, and accurate clock‑in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties: day‑end procedures, money/deposit verification, bank deposits, security alarms, lighting, and vehicle security.
• Help maintain store building, parking lot, signage, lighting, computer hardware, in‑store equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification, ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
