• Drivers are responsible for safely operating front, side, or rear‑loading trucks, picking up bags or containers filled with waste or recyclable material.
• Transport the material to a disposal, transfer, or recycling facility and may make one or more trips throughout the shift.
• Both manual and automatic trucks are deployed.
• The position may require repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds, moving or maneuvering up to 100 pounds, and multiple entries and exits from the truck cab each route.

• Safely operate trucks and ensure compliance with IWS safety standards, OSHA, DOT regulations, and local traffic laws.
• Perform driver or helper duties as assigned, including pre‑ and post‑inspection of equipment.
• Navigate congested communities and confined areas in city locations, using highly skilled backing maneuvers.

• 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Airbrake endorsement.
• 1‑year CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Excellent safety record and clean MVR.
• Experience as a driver or helper for a refueling company is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and applicable traffic regulations.
• Ability to speak and read English, understand highway traffic signals, respond to official questions, and maintain legible logs.
• Read and understand maps.
• Meet physical and safety requirements of the position.
• Willing and able to work hours required under DOT regulation, including weekend, night, and/or holiday shifts.

• Routes may require navigating through congested communities and confined or tight areas in city locations.
• Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential.
• Drivers routinely climb in and out of the truck cab to service customer accounts.
• Drivers are responsible for ensuring their truck is in compliance with IWS safety standards, OSHA, DOT regulations, and local traffic laws before and during operation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: USD $32.81/hr.
