We are hiring immediately for a Permanent Full‑Time Warehouse Material Handler to support our Ryder Facility in Plainfield, IL.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Equipment: Forklift
Location: Plainfield, IL

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Team player who can thrive in a diverse work environment
• Very thorough, dependable, and punctual with a good attendance record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High degree of initiative and accuracy even under pressure
• Ability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Use of health and safety methods
• Available to work a flexible schedule across various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
