The job duties of the Automotive Service Manager include:
- Manage and direct all service department activities of a Big O Tires retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services.
- Develop and lead a team of general service technicians who demonstrate the highest levels of quality and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures for automotive services.
- Explain service recommendations and options to customers.
- Supervise repair and maintenance quality.
- Assist during staffing shortages.
