Team Member, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Position:
Team Member at Urban Air Adventure Parks in Plainfield, IN. This posting covers multiple entry‑level roles including Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host and Café.

Applicants must have reliable transportation to the Park and must be able to work at least one shift Monday–Thursday and two shifts Friday–Sunday.

• Provide excellent customer service in assigned areas (Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host or Café).
• Assist guests with inquiries and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Handle transactions as needed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive guest experience.

• High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills.
• Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred, but not required.
• Cash handling experience.
• Athletic-minded individuals are encouraged due to the physical nature of the work; all team members are expected to perform at or above standard levels.
• Must have reliable transportation and availability to work at least one shift Monday–Thursday and two shifts Friday–Sunday.
