Family Medicine Physician opening in INLocated in Plainfield, 18m to IndianapolisFull Time PositionWe are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our established practice in Plainfield, IN.

This role offers a supportive work environment and a strong emphasis on work-life balance within a busy practice of four physicians and two advanced practice providers.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality outpatient care with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Build long-lasting relationships with patients and the community.

Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.Schedule:Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.Weekday call: 1:7

Weekend call: 1:14

Average outpatient volume: 20-25 patients per day.

No inpatient work or OB.Common Diagnoses Treated:Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, and Wellness Visits.On-Site Equipment:Lab, Imaging, Sports Medicine, and Outpatient Physical Therapy.Qualifications:Doctorate in medicine (MD/DO).Current Physician License (MD/DO) and Board Certification in Family Medicine (or eligibility).Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.Benefits:Competitive compensation with bonus incentives.
