Integrity Learning Center is searching for passionate and motivated BCBA candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families and offering hope for their child! This is a full‑time position for Integrity's learning center in Plainfield, Indiana. We are a stable, yet growing practice that places emphasis on manageable caseloads for our BCBA's so they can focus on the quality of their programming and success of their learners!

We provide early intervention ABA services for clients ages 2-7 at our center and provide in‑school ABA services locally that assist our clients with their transition to school. We are a company that supports and advocates for your personal growth as a behavior analyst.

• Must have BCBA and be in good standing with the BACB
• Effectively demonstrates compassionate ABA practices
• Strong problem‑solving skills

• Collaborates well with multiple clinicians

• $1000 Annual CEU credits, company paid HABA dues, and internal learning opportunities
