Pharmacy Manager - Refill

Indiana University Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the ambulatory refill program, enhance patient outcomes, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the ambulatory refill program and its staff. Provide comprehensive medication‑related care to improve patient quality of life. Collaborate with physicians and other health‐care professionals on patient drug therapy outcomes. Assist the pharmacy director with the preparation and execution of all activities involving the refill drug protocol and other applicable projects. Support the director in complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Aid in new process implementation and quality improvement initiatives.

This is a hybrid role: onsite three days per week Monday‑Friday.

• Current Indiana license or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a Pharmacist.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
  
  D) or Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy graduated before 2006.
• 5 – 7 years of pharmacist experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to dispensing drugs and narcotics.
• Management experience preferred.
