We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest quality guest care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
DescriptionThe Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing the overall operation of the housekeeping department. The role includes staff hiring, scheduling, training, and development, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all housekeeping employees, hire new staff, and take disciplinary action when policies are not followed.
- Manage daily activities of the housekeeping department.
- Purchase, reorder, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
- Prepare the annual housekeeping budget.
