Capacity Planner

The Capacity Planner will be responsible for ensuring that our  Sample and Repository Solutions (SRS) business has the right amount of resources, infrastructure, and operational capabilities to meet current and future demand.

This role will involve working cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., Operations, IT, Logistics, Finance, sales, project management and product management) to analyze data, forecast demand, and make recommendations for resource planning to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
** Key Responsibilities
** Demand Forecasting & Capacity Planning:
Work with the operations team to optimize workflows and improve operational throughput.
** Key Requirements**:  3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, supply chain management, or operations planning. Proven ability to analyze data and use it to make strategic recommendations.

Experience with demand forecasting, resource optimization, and managing complex workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
** Additional Skills Preferred
** Experience with capacity planning in a Life Sciences industry.

Knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
