Energy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager with a passion for transmission and utility project management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in coordinating complex projects, and want to make a meaningful impact in the energy sector, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple White or Green I projects under the Project Management Center of Excellence (PM CoE) Profile Matrix.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cost controls to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Apply project management principles with decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Support construction management activities and utility industry standards.
- Utility project management experience, especially in transmission projects.
- PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification, CMII certificates, or Professional Engineer License.
- Working knowledge or proficiency in project scheduling and cost controls.
- Experience in utility industry and construction management.
- Technical certifications and utility-specific training are a plus.
- Proven collaborative team member with strong leadership qualities.
- Hybrid work environment combining remote and onsite work after onboarding.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from a two-year or four-year college/university.
- Working knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
