Position OverviewThis role is responsible for managing multiple White or Green I projects, as defined by the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix. The ideal candidate will bring strong utility project management experience—especially transmission project management—and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams while ensuring projects meet scope, budget, schedule, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple small to mid‑sized projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and project governance requirements.
- Apply strong project leadership to guide teams, drive decision making, and resolve complex problems.
- Oversee risk management activities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership.
- Utilize project management methodologies to maintain scheduling, cost controls, reporting, and documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
. - Graduation from a two‑year college or university
. - Working knowledge of project management principles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in:

- Graduation from a four‑year college or university
. - Utility project management experience
, with strong preference for transmission project management
. - Professional certifications such as:
- PMP or CAPM
- CMII certificates
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Utility Technical Certifications or relevant industry training
- Working knowledge to proficiency in:
- Scheduling and Cost Controls
- Construction management principles
- Proven ability to lead and support project teams in a utility, construction, or technical environment.
- Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations.
- Employees must live within a reasonable commute of the assigned facility.
