Base pay range$15.00/hr – $22.00/hr
Responsibilities- Assist in facility support by setting up rooms for special events and performing minor maintenance and repair activities.
- Collect and transport recyclables, disassemble and clean drug dispensers, and report facility issues such as roof leaks and power outages to management.
- Ensure clean and sanitary facilities (offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) in accordance with company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and state/local laws.
- Wear personal protective equipment, empty waste receptacles and recycle bins, dust, sweep, wet mop, strip, and wax floors; clean and sanitize bathrooms and showers; vacuum and spot‑clean carpets; clean electronic devices (microwaves, windows, air‑conditioner ducts, ceiling tiles); and identify additional cleaning needs.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply the Open Door Policy and execute related action plans.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to feedback.
- Build high‑performing teams, embrace diversity, create a culture of belonging, and motivate associates.
